PLAN OF THE DAY for 2 JUNE 2007

The Plan of the  Day is an official document of the KITSAP BATTALION.  Its contents reflect current orders of the Commanding Officer and official unit announcements.  All Battalion personnel are responsible for reading and understanding the information contained herein.  Parents and guardians of the Cadets are encouraged to read the Plan of the Day and make note of meeting days and special announcements that may affect personal schedules.

0930  - I Squad Indoc/Advanced

1000 -  I Squad Uniform issue
              w/Supply./  Begin individual
              senior cadet interviews w/
              Training. Close order drill

1100 -  Uniform Wear and Care (I
             squad).  Senior Cadets cont.
             interviews/sleeve rolling and 
             proper BDU wear.

 

 

  1200 -  CHOW

  1300 -  Color Guard training.  I Squad lecture.

  1400 -  I Squad COD/ senior cadets uniform issue.

  1430 -  Field Day

  1500 -  Dismissal

Instructors:  Summer Whites/Khaki/BDU Civilian

Cadets:  Dress Whites/BDU

Notes: 

  1. Drill will be at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Keyport, Wa; Building #95 and Naval Base Kitsap - Bangor (make sure you have your ID card on your person).
  2. LPO for the drill will be PO2 Gray, ALPO will be PO2 Gorak.
  3. Know the Second General Order for the Sentries:  "Walk my post in a military manner, keeping always on the alert and observing everything that takes place within sight or hearing.
  4. 14 Jul - 22 Jul - Petty Officer Leadership Academy (POLA) , NBK - Bangor
  5. 11 Aug - 25 Aug - NSCC Recruit Training, Fort Lewis, WA
  6. TBA - Master-At-Arms (MMA) Course, NBK - Bangor
  7. 19 Aug - 25 Aug - NLCC Orientation Course, Ft. Lewis, WA
