Notes:
1. January's and February's drills (10 and 7) will be dedicated to uniform
inspection and preparation for the annual inspection.
2. For March's drill, we are hoping to have representatives from the Kitsap
County Sheriff's Department over to give instructions on safety and what to
do in certain situations. This will be a very interesting presentation.
3. CONGRATULATIONS to Petty Officer Teeters on his selection as Battalion
Cadet of the Year. He will be honored by the Navy League at the Annual Armed
Forces Day Dinner on May 15th at the Admiral Theater.
Unfortunately, only one cadet can be named as Cadet of the Year, but there
were a number of very close contenders and as far as the CO is concerned,
you all deserve praise for the way this past year has gone.
WELL DONE TO ALL!!!
Upcoming Events: 24 January. The Navy League's Annual Installation Dinner at Mary Mac's restaurant at McCormick Woods Golf Course. Guest speaker for this dinner is Vice Admiral Brewer, the Commander of Military Sealift Command. 7 February. Drill, preparations for Annual Inspection. 21 February. Annual Inspection.
