Officers/Midshipmen -Civilian Clothes and Khakis
Cadets - Comfortable civilian clothes for travel, PT Gear, BDUs, and Sleepwear.
Color Guard - Bring Dress Blues

3. The cost per person for Flagship is $10 due when you sign in at the Pass & ID center.
