-All cadets (excluding color guard) with knowledge of advanced knot-tying or macramé contact LT. Wormwood as soon as possible.

Upcoming Events:

     7 and 21 Sept. Drills dedicated to preparing for Flagship and Color Guard. Commanding Officer and Training Officer to review attendance records.  3 unexcused absences grounds for a drop.

     5th through 19th Sept.  Commanding Officer, Training Officer, and Midshipman Munzi to appear on BKAT (Bremerton-Kitsap Access Television) 4 times to be interviewed about Sea Cadets.  AT&T channel 12, Charter channel 3.

     11 Sept. Kitsap County's Sept. 11th Remembrance Ceremony.  Color Guard and all hands must report to Bremerton High School by 1730.  Cadets in dress whites, officers in summer whites.

     11 Sept. USN to begin flying original Navy Jack on all ships.  (See attached text).

     14 Sept. American Legion luncheon.

     25 Sept. Themes for Flagship Ball due.

     8 Oct. Navy League luncheon for Cadet of the Year and Navy League Cadet of the Year.

     12, 13, and 14 Oct.  Flagship at Jarsted Park.  The winning color guard will perform at 1800 on the 13th opening the Ball.  The Ball will be located at the Bangor YMCA.  Uniforms for the dance will be Service Dress Whites for males and Service Dress Whites or Appropriate for females.

     January.  Annual Inspection.
